Principles of sports injury seminar
We invited Dr. Sophia Ha, a lecturer from the Department of Health and Physical Education, The Education University of Hong Kong, to give online workshop to our visually impaired members and volunteers via Zoom.
The lectures consists of 8 sessions and held every Friday from 8th January. The content is about the awareness and attention of sports injury, understanding some basic trauma management techniques and methods to prevent sports trauma.
