July Swimming training class

Started in July, the swimming training course for the visually impaired, sponsored by the Social Welfare Department and the Fund for the Disadvantaged have been taken at the Kennedy Town Swimming Pool.

This training class will provide regular swimming skills training such as controlled breathing, apnea in water, floating, breaststroke techniques…etc.

Swimming training can exercise muscle strength, improve physical fitness, and also strengthen the cardiopulmonary function with improve their breathing rhythm.
