On 25 May, 2013, the Hong Kong Blind Sports Federation sent its Dragon Boat Team consisting of over 20 visually impaired athletes plus volunteers to participate in the captioned event organized by theOn 25 May, 2013, the Hong Kong Blind Sports Federation sent its Dragon Boat Team consisting of over 20 visually impaired athletes plus volunteers to participate in the captioned event organized by the Stanley Dragon Boat Association held at Stanley Beach. The race was progressing amid storm. It was encouraging to see that our visually impaired athletes and volunteers were fearless of the heavy rain and wind and finished the race.
