Following the participation in the Sai Kung Dragon Boat Race on 12 June, 2013 we sent another delegation to participate in the CCB (Asia) Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Race held on 22 June in the Victoria Harbour. Over 5,000 athletes representing more than 180 teams all over the world competed in the race.
Our team was competing against 6 other teams in the International Challenge Race. Our team won first runner-up in the two rounds of races. The final result was second runner-up, after averaging the scores of each team.
In spite of the heat and the size of the dragon boat being changed from small to medium-size boat for safety reason as requested by the organizer, our team members were still able to perform to their best abilities.
