2014 Tai Po District Dragon Boat Race

The annual Tai Po Dragon Boat Race were held on the day of Dragon Boat Festival on 2 June, 2014. HKBSF Dragon Boat Team had participated in the Men and Women Tai Po Dragon Boat Race. Although they werThe annual Tai Po Dragon Boat Race were held on the day of Dragon Boat Festival on 2 June, 2014. HKBSF Dragon Boat Team had participated in the Men and Women Tai Po Dragon Boat Race. Although they were unable to enter the final competition, our coach, Mr. Kwok and the friends and family members of our team members were satisfied with their performance especially from during the journey from the starting point to 300m. Due to the fact that we were arranged to compete with the very strong teams and that only the first 6 teams would be able to enter into the final competition, we could only win the 7th place.
The remaining race was the only to be held at Stanley on 22 June, we would like to thank our volunteers’ participation and support and the hard efforts made by our blind members.
