The team participated in the Mixed Small Dragon Silver Cup Race to compete with 14 otherteams. The track reaches a length of 250 metres.
Though there was a shower of rain on that day, it turned sunny and extremely hot later. The athletes, local and overseas audience, staff, onlookers and guests felt both the bustling atmosphere and heated air.
Our team entered the final competition smoothly, and got the sixth place finally.
The coach thought highly of the team’s performance. The visually impaired athletes had a high morale and paddled in step, without being affected by hot weather. The drummer and the steersmen corresponded with one another, driving the whole team into a very competitive mood and all were doing their best to win.
